We hope everyone is keeping safe and well during these challenging times. We have had a large increase of people interested in our product with the recent lock-down measures put in by governments.

People have been receiving the X1 and are thrilled they can get a workout done in the safety and comfort of their own home. We have developed 3 workout videos which can be followed which will give you a great routine during this period.

STOCK

We still have a substantial amount of available stock in our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Should we get low, we will update our site to let customers know early but for now we are well stocked and ready to ship.

SHIPPING

We are working hard to ensure orders go out quickly, we almost always ship the same day if you order on a business day.

For metro areas in Australia we are experiencing still next day or 2 - 3 day delivery times. For regional areas of Australia we use Australia Post and as such they are experiencing slightly longer delivery time frames (7 - 10 days).

For international orders we are seeing reasonable time-frames of 7 - 14 days depending on the location. We have shipped quite a large amount of orders recently to the UK, Canada and USA without issue.

Helping to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus is everyone’s responsibility. As such, we have implemented a range of precautionary measures to help protect against its spread, these include:

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Everyone who works in our warehouse is practicing social distancing to protect each other.

HYGIENE

All our products are handled in a santinised manner with our staff wearing gloves and masks as well as pracisting handwashing and use of hand santizer.
