The ADAPT Cable Trainer has a weight range of 5 lbs to 30 lbs but this is not directly comparable to standard weights as the ADAPT Cable Trainer technology delivers weight as Constant Force. With the ADAPT Cable Trainer you are actually working much harder each rep than with normal weight machines or free weights, which maximises toning, sculpting and strengthening your body.
Constant force describes the way that the ADAPT Cable Trainer always keeps pressure on your muscle during an exercise. With many strength products it is easy (and dangerous) to cheat with momentum. There are no momentum benefits from the ADAPT Cable Trainer. This is a great way to engage your muscles in a more challenging way. Read more

You need a room or area of about 0.5m either side of the track, and 2m floor space (away from the wall) to best utilise the ADAPT Cable Trainer. This will allow enough room to exercise properly. The wall track needs a flat surface to install to. The ADAPT Cable Trainer is primarily an indoor unit, so think indoors in a spare room, office, living room or inside a garage or basement. You can install the track outside as long as you don't leave the unit exposed to weather so an outside location under cover would be ideal.
No, installing the wall track is very similar to installing a bracket for a flat screen TV. It should be attached to a wall with a stud behind, brick or concrete. If you're not confident, we suggest using a professional or someone with a good skill level. Our detailed instructions are provided to support this process.
Yes, there are no mechanical or quality issues from leaving the ADAPT Cable Trainer on the wall track. In fact, we think that it increases the chance of you exercising more often! We do however encourage people with children to ensure that the ADAPT Cable Trainer is not accessible which includes judgement around either completely storing the unit or leaving it at the top of the wall track at end of use. You should not leave the unit in the reversed (upside down) position for extended periods.
The ADAPT Cable Trainer is an extremely versatile strength product that will provide a benefit to your strength and tone ambitions. We believe both men and women can get a full body workout by using a range of the exercises we've designed for use with the unit.
The ADAPT Cable Trainer unit and wall track if used properly will not damage your wall. The installation of the wall track will require drilling small screw holes in the plaster or wall surface but this will not damage the wall and can be filled and painted like any screw hole on a wall. The wall track can be removed at any time by removing the screws.
Please email our email@example.com and we will work out what the issue is and how we efficiently resolve it. The ADAPT Cable Trainer comes with a 12 month warranty and we may request you return the faulty unit and we will replace it free of charge.
For international deliveries there may be taxes in your local jurisdiction that we may not be able to calculate at the time of purchase.
