We've put together a number of great exercises for you to use with the Cable Trainer as a way to maximise your experience and results from the product.

By following the the videos below, using correct form and learning these routines we are confident you can get a full body workout that will serve to tone, sculpt and strengthen you where it matters most.

Remember, the unit delivers Constant Force so you don't always need to use the higher settings, start low, practise your form and work out what suits you best when you feel comfortable to step up the resistance.
